As the season is shifting rapidly from cold wet & windy to mild and occasionally sunny, I’m trying to get out on two wheels as often as I can. Since the clocks still haven’t changed that means scooting up the hill and around the local lanes for 40 minutes on my lunch breaks.

Once you get the routine down it’s pretty quick and easy to get ready and go. I just have 2 or 3 loops that I pick from – there’s only so far you can go in 35-40 minutes but it sure does break up the day and help build those weekday miles up!
